Method #1:  Reply via Touch and Hold

Step 1. Press and hold on to the message that you want to reply to. then tap on the reply on the left bottom of the screen.

 

Step 2. Now you can reply to the specific message in the bar.

Method #2: Swipe to Reply to Specific Message on Messenger

Step 1. Swipe to the right on the specific message you want to reply to.
