My instagram looks nothing like that. On android, have the latest version. The only options I have in a chat are if I select a message, this brings up a pop up window with 3 options
“unsend message”
“report”
“like”
there are no options at the bottom of the screen, there is no reply arrow beside the text boxes and no reply option in pop up menu
